Balsamic Rosemary Steak Marinade
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Marinate Time: 30 min – 4 hours (see below)
Ingredients (for 1 steak, ~10 oz)
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or zip-top bag
Add the steak and coat well
Marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or 2–4 hours in the fridge
My personal preference is 2 hours at room temperatureRemove from the fridge about 20–30 minutes before cooking so it comes to room temp
Cook to your preferred doneness
