Balsamic Rosemary Steak Marinade

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Marinate Time: 30 min – 4 hours (see below)

Ingredients (for 1 steak, ~10 oz)

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or zip-top bag

  2. Add the steak and coat well

  3. Marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or 2–4 hours in the fridge
    My personal preference is 2 hours at room temperature

  4. Remove from the fridge about 20–30 minutes before cooking so it comes to room temp

  5. Cook to your preferred doneness
